Destination Wedding Contest!

Ok, so I’m sitting here thinking about how much I love to travel and it hits me, “destination + wedding + FUN!”  So, here’s the deal…if you or someone you know is planning on having a destination wedding, or maybe you live somewhere outside of the Haughton metropolitan area, this could be your chance to have me come shoot your wedding for FREE!  

 

Here is what you would receive:

-All day wedding coverage

-One custom Crystal Glance wedding album or High Res Digital Negatives with Copyright release

-Four months online viewing

(Prizes valued at over $6,000)

 

Here are the rules:

-Wedding must be in 2009

-Hotel and transportation will be the only expense required by the winning couple

-You must submit an email containing a picture of yourself and your fiance, the location of your wedding, and a description of why you deserve a free wedding session by yours truly (send to info@wilkinsonphotography.net)

-Must receive your email by 12:00 a.m. 9-1-08

-The winner will be chosen by myself and the Wilkinson Photography team.  We will announce the winner on 9-5-08.

Megan and Coleman

Man was it HOT when I took Megan and Coleman’s pictures!  We had a lot of fun though and they did great!  They communicated with each other well and it made it easy for me to capture them just being “together!”  These were my favorites and I hope you enjoy!

 

 

Kelly and Jerrod

I had such a great time photographing Kelly and her fiance, Jerrod.  We started downtown at the location Jerrod proposed (at the riverfront)!  From there, we headed more downtown towards the buildings.  We got a lot of backgrounds!  Kelly and Jerrod both work in the oil field, so they requested a shot next to a statue that was based on a worker in the oil field.  Their wedding is next year…a little while to wait…but it will be awesome!  Here are my faves…

Megan and Chris

Have you ever gone bungee jumping, or ridden a roller coaster, or done anything that made you feel so excited that you couldn’t wait for it to start, and then didn’t want it to end?  That is how I felt about Megan and Chris’s wedding!  I don’t think I ever stopped smiling.  This was one of my favorite weddings to photograph thus far.  Megan and Chris were such a delight to work with and were too sweet!  I truly felt that they started out as my clients and are now my friends.  Thank you guys for the opportunity to capture your very special day!  It was a blast!

I loved this magnet that Piper had at her salon, “The Bigger The Hair, The Closer To God.”

Chris had all these cards ready for Megan to open when she arrived at the church.  They were 6 cards in order reading, “Megan” “Lee” “Soon” “To” “Be” “Megan Branton”.  Too sweet!

 

I loved this series of Chris going for the garter!
